Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Expert Agent's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client or visitor) and Expert Agent, a company based in France.

Expert Agent provides AI agent design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation services for SMBs. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed between both parties. Expert Agent reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables produced specifically for a client become the property of that client. Expert Agent retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and generic components used during delivery. All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — remains the exclusive property of Expert Agent and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Clients agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services • Not use any AI agent built by Expert Agent for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes • Not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicence Expert Agent's proprietary methodologies • Ensure their own use of the AI agents complies with applicable laws and regulations

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Expert Agent will never use client knowledge, data, or expertise to train public AI models or share with third parties without explicit written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expert Agent's total liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the engagement in question. Expert Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
